This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to contests on the E4 Esports platform ("Platform"). By participating in contests on the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated below, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once you have registered for a contest. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you:

  • Change your mind about participating.
  • Are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Decide to discontinue use of a premium professional networking feature.

Contest Cancellation

In the event that a contest is cancelled by E4 Esports for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Full Refund: All participants who have registered for the cancelled contest will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: We will make reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider.
  • Notification: We will notify all registered participants of the cancellation and the refund process via email, in-app notification or sms.

Professional Networking Services

E4 Esports offers a platform for professional networking, including features like player profiles, team/organization profiles, and enhanced search capabilities.

  • Premium Subscriptions: Certain professional networking features may require a paid subscription.
  • No Refunds for Subscription Duration: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, refunds will not be issued for the unused portion of any premium subscription.
  • Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current subscription period.
  • Service Unavailability: In the event of prolonged and significant service unavailability due to technical issues on E4 Esports's part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rata refund or service credit.

No Other Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any other reason not explicitly stated in this Refund Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disputes regarding contest results.
  • Issues related to your internet connection or device.
  • Disagreements with the rules of a contest (which should be addressed before entering).

Changes to this Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued participation in contests after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
